The Roots and Shoots Missional Community is focused on responding to hunger needs within our region. Through a community garden, off-season ideas like canning classes, and celebration festivals throughout the year, we will provide a place for people to grow their own food, learn healthy and sustainable habits, and give back to help others in need. Through these activities and opportunities, we hope to build relationships and provide opportunities to connect with people who would never come to a Sunday morning worship service. This MC will launch in early 2011.
