Shannon Kiser

Shannon serves as Director of Ministries and Training, Fresh Expressions North America. She leads our team of mission strategists and trainers in the development and implementation of in person and online Learning Communities for pastors, pioneers and teams. She formerly served as a pastor on staff with Riverside Presbyterian Church in Sterling, VA, a Church that worships in two languages, engages in several fresh expressions of church, and extends community hospitality through Ridgetop Coffee.

Brian Clark

Brian Clark is the Developer of the Missional Incubator for National Capital Presbytery, following his tenure as co-pastor of Riverside Presbyterian Church. Brian led the vision for Ridgetop Coffee and Tea, avoiding a traditional church building and creating a space that generates income for mission. He also redeveloped a rural church into a multipurpose facility. Now, Brian focuses on coaching leaders in missional entrepreneurship to better engage postmodern culture with the gospel.

Amanda Holz

Amanda Holz is the founding manager of Ridgetop Coffee and Tea. Her vision, leadership, and hospitality created the award winning coffee shop that serves both coffee and community in Sterling, VA. A member of Riverside Church, Amanda provided both the business acumen and missional heart to lead this entrepreneurial effort. Amanda retired from the day to day operations of the coffee shop in 2024, but continues to oversee the catering side of the business as a funding stream for community outreach initiatives and community wide dinners.
