The expectation of this Cohort is for a team of up to 6 from your church be recruited to participate and build adaptive capacity in your setting. The transformation team will meet as a team locally, participate in Cohort summits/webinars, meet with their coach, and facilitate some conversations and experiments in your setting. Recognizing that there are some churches who would not be able to participate in the Adaptive Church Cohort without some financial assistance, a limited number of scholarships are available.
